Victoria Green is the founder and Sole-Proprietor of Test The Nest Inspections LLC.
She proudly serves her local community of Arvada;
and is also proud to offer her services in 
Denver and the surrounding Colorado counties.

She is a trained and Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and
active chapter member with InterNACHI. She follows, and exceeds,
InterNACHI's Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. 

She has earned a Bachelor's degree studying Photo-journalism at the
University of Louisiana, at Lafayette (ULL). She now uses that background
to write detailed accounts of her observations in residential properties,
and organizes reports featuring carefully recorded visual evidence
of conditions through both photographs and video clips.

Victoria strives to make connections with everyone she works with
in an attempt to better understand the nuances of how their daily lives
affect the way they utilize space and make their houses feel like home.
