Test The Nest hopes to offer peace of mind when clients inherit the responsibilities that come with home ownership. 

An Inherited Home Inspection is performed with reverence and focuses on composing a report that builds on the known history of the building. A preliminary conversation with the inspector can be held with all clients preferring to do so.  Any specific questions you may have about your property will be documented and answers will then be sought where they are observable.
