​Test The Nest's Terms of Payments 
 

  • ​All pricing is agreed upon, in written form with signatures, before any services are rendered.
     

  • Clients may pay the day of service, at closing, or after the inspection;
    there is a 30 day window to pay the inspector directly online. 
     

  • Payments accepted include Cash and Major Credit or Debit cards. 
    We deeply regret that we are no longer able to accept checks of any kind.

  • Clients reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an inspection, for any reason, without fees:
    the exception being cancellations within 24 hours of the agreed upon inspection appointment. 
    If the inspector is not     contacted before that 24 hour window, a $125 cancellation fee will apply.
     

  • ​Past-due fees for your inspection, after 30 days, shall accrue interest at 15% per year.
     

  • Please feel encouraged to reach out for any further clarifications on payment terms and
    pricing policies; or to discuss payments and options throughout all phases of processing.
